We take great care to ensure your purchases arrive safely and use a variety of courier services to ship our products.
Fragile and larger furniture items are sent using specialist couriers to ensure safe arrival (Price on request - as furniture sizing varies). If you would like to order a larger item please order online using the pickup option and then contact the Takapuna store (09 486 7771) for a freight quote to your area. This can be paid for and organised over the phone.
Please note we are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Delivery costs vary, depending on what you have ordered and the delivery address.
The fees for your order depends on the type of product you are purchasing (in particular the size and the weight of the product)
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We endeavour to get your order to you within 3 working days for orders received before 9am Monday to Friday (subject to availability of stock and other considerations), however some remote or rural locations may take a little longer (please allow an additional 3 working days for rural addresses)
For furniture deliveries please allow 10-14 days. Some furniture may require assembling.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day and occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock
International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.
Shipping costs start from $35 and is charged on an order weight/size basis and the delivery location.
As this is a non-signature required service, once confirmation of delivery to the address has been made, we can take no further responsibility.
For items under 1kg and within a standard shoebox size dimension, we also offer a signature required service.
By selecting these service options you are thereby agreeing to the terms of service of this option and any taxes duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
All purchases made by international customers will be charged additional fees for delivery outside of New Zealand.

Your order will be shipped once full payment has been received. Any specified delivery dates are estimates only.
We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes & natural disasters) or delays which result from supplier delivery delays or as a consequence of an incorrect delivery address.
Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us via e-mail email@example.com within three days of receiving your item, including a photo if the fault is visible. It may be necessary for the item to be returned for assessment - if this is the case we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item from a place that is convenient for you. If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge.
